MelS Aesthetics is committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to all patients, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure our website [www.melsaesthetics.co.uk] is easy to use and accessible for people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Accessibility Features We have designed our website to include the following accessibility features:

  • Zoom: The text size can be increased or decreased using your browser’s standard zoom function (Ctrl + / Ctrl -).

  • Images: We aim to use "Alt Text" on all images so that screen readers can describe the image to visually impaired users.

  • Navigation: The site is designed to be navigable via keyboard for those who cannot use a mouse.

  • Clarity: We strive to use plain English and clear contrast colors to make text easier to read.

Visiting Our Clinic

  • Wheelchair Access: Please note our clinic is located on the first floor and is accessible without stairs. If you require assistance, please let us know upon booking.

  • Hearing Loops: State if you have a hearing loop or can arrange support.

  • Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome in our non-clinical areas.

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option].
