Aesthetic Treatments & Specifics

How do Dermal Fillers and Anti-Wrinkle Injections differ?

Anti-wrinkle injections (often referred to as Botox) work by relaxing the muscles that cause expression lines, such as crow’s feet or forehead wrinkles. Dermal Fillers, however, use hyaluronic acid to restore lost volume or enhance features, such as the lips, cheeks, or jawline.

What can I expect from Lip Fillers?

Our goal is always a natural, balanced enhancement. We use premium fillers to add definition and volume to the lips. You may experience some swelling for the first 24–48 hours, but this will settle to reveal your final, refined look.

What are Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides?

Unlike fillers, these treatments do not "shape" the face. Instead, they act as deep hydrators. Products like Profhilo or Polynucleotides improve skin elasticity, tone, and texture by stimulating collagen and repairing skin at a cellular level.

Health & Wellness (Vitamins & IV)

I feel fatigued; will a Vitamin B12 shot or IV drip help?

Our Vitamin B12 injections and IV Vitamin Infusions are designed to support general wellbeing, boost energy levels, and enhance skin radiance as part of a healthy lifestyle. They provide a convenient way to supplement your nutrient intake.

Can you treat a medical vitamin deficiency?

No. It is important to note that our wellness treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure clinical vitamin deficiencies or underlying medical conditions. If you suspect you have a severe deficiency or are feeling unwell, we strongly recommend you consult your GP for a blood test and medical advice before booking a supplementary treatment with us.

Previous Treatments & Corrective Work

I’ve had filler previously and I don’t like it; what can I do?

If you are unhappy with filler placed elsewhere—whether it has migrated, become lumpy, or simply doesn't suit your face—we can help. We offer a dissolving service using an enzyme called Hyaluronidase. This treatment breaks down the hyaluronic acid filler, allowing the area to return to its natural state. Once the area has healed (usually after 2 weeks), we can discuss a fresh, more refined treatment plan.

I’ve had filler previously elsewhere; can I have more?

Yes, but we prioritise safety and aesthetics. If you are looking for a "top-up" on work done by another practitioner, we require a full consultation first. We need to assess the placement, product type, and health of the tissue. If the previous filler is still well-placed, we can proceed. However, if there is evidence of migration or "over-filling," we may recommend dissolving the old product before adding more to ensure the best possible result.

Why would you suggest dissolving instead of just adding more?

Adding new filler on top of poorly placed or migrated filler often worsens the problem, leading to an unnatural appearance (such as the "duck lip" effect). Dissolving the old product provides a "blank canvas," ensuring that any new enhancement we provide is crisp, defined, and perfectly suited to your facial structure.

Booking & Safety

Do I need a consultation?

Absolutely. We believe in a personalised approach. Every new client undergoes a consultation to discuss their aesthetic goals and medical history, ensuring we create a bespoke treatment programme that is safe and effective for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Please refer to our full terms on the booking page regarding deposits.
