TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of facial aesthetics and dental services by MelS Aesthetics ("the Clinic", "we", "us") to you ("the Patient"). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Consultations and Medical History

Suitability: All treatments are subject to a consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically indicated or if we deem the patient unsuitable.

Medical History: You must provide a full and accurate medical history prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical status at every visit. We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from your failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to undergo injectable aesthetic treatments (Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Fillers). We strictly verify age and may request valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
3. Bookings and Payments

Deposits: A booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

Payment: The remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment. We accept [Cash, Card, Bank Transfer].
4. Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy
We understand that emergencies happen, but late cancellations result in lost clinical time that could have been offered to other patients.

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time.

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment ("No-Show"), you will be liable to pay a fee equal to 50% of the total price of the booked treatment.

Payment of Fee: This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than [10/15] minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation (subject to the 50% fee).
5. Refunds and Guarantees

Service Nature: Aesthetic and dental treatments are medical procedures. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on treatments once the service has been performed.

Packages: Pre-paid courses of treatment are non-refundable but may be transferable to other treatments at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.
6. Liability

We will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
7. Complaints
We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment:

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
