Treatment Refunds

Services Provided: We do not offer refunds on any aesthetic treatments once the service has been performed. You are paying for the clinician's time, expertise, product costs, and facility use, regardless of the aesthetic outcome.

Aesthetic Outcomes: Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. While we strive for excellence, results vary from person to person due to individual anatomy and healing responses. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results and do not offer refunds if a patient is disappointed with a technically successful result.
Adjustments and Reviews (Botulinum Toxin)

If you feel your Botulinum Toxin treatment needs adjustment (e.g., there is still movement in the treated area), we offer a complimentary review appointment.

Timing: This review must take place between 14 and 21 days after your initial appointment.

Late Reviews: Any adjustments requested after 3 weeks will be treated as a new treatment and charged at the standard rate.

Top-Ups: "Top-ups" are not always clinically indicated. The decision to administer more product is at the sole discretion of the clinician. If deemed clinically unnecessary, no top-up will be given, and no refund of the original fee will be provided.
Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers can take up to 4 weeks to fully integrate and settle. We do not offer refunds for fillers.

Dissolving: If you wish to have your filler dissolved due to personal preference (change of mind) rather than a medical complication, a standard fee for the dissolving treatment will apply.
Product Refunds (Skincare/Retail)

Faulty Products: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product you purchased from us is faulty or described incorrectly, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on non-prescription skincare products if the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, unless the item is faulty. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a credit note.

Prescription Products: We are legally unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription-only medicines (e.g., Obagi Nu-Derm, prescription Latisse) once they have left the clinic, as they cannot be reused or resold.
Treatment Courses/Packages

If you have purchased a pre-paid package of treatments (e.g., a course of 3 Polynucleotide sessions) and wish to discontinue before finishing the course:

We will calculate the cost of the treatments you have already used at their full standard single-session price (not the discounted package rate).

We will refund the difference between the amount paid and this calculated usage cost.

Refunds for packages are only considered for medical reasons (e.g., pregnancy) supported by a doctor's letter.
