Cancellation Policy

A consultation is required prior to any treatment. Please note, you may not be suitable for treatment but this will be assessed by Dr Shemie during your consultation. In cases where you are not suitable for treatment, a fee of £70 will be charged. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
